Who we are
We are a San Diego-based artisan knife sharpening service, working specifically with high-end eateries. We choose to work with fine dining restaurants only because we pride ourselves on the level of care we take, just like you. Sharpening services are not hard to find, but someone who will care for your cutlery as much or even more than you will is a rare thing.
We want your knives to last long into your career with a blade that stays as sharp as you in the kitchen. We use only professional equipment, avoiding belts, grinders and others that wear away at your tools.
HOW WE DO IT
We professionally sharpen all knives using a water-cooled, slow-speed system that delivers a cleaner and more precise edge than belt or grinder sharpening. This keeps blades cool to protect their hardness, removes minimal material from the blade to extend the knife's life, and produces a razor-sharp and polished finish that stays sharper longer.
